Studies

We provide project owners with specific, experienced individuals (including up to Study Director level) to fill key roles or work with you to build an entire study team to undertake:

  • Concept (Identification),

  • Pre-feasibility (Selection) and

  • Feasibility (Definition) phase studies.

Placements can be full-time or part-time and on an interim or ongoing basis, as required by the nature of the project.

Independent Reviews

We undertake independent reviews of the status of projects against end of phase / gate requirements. Our wide industry network enables us to cover the full breadth of functional expertise necessary to win funding approval including resource knowledge; marketing; environmental and other third-party approvals; system design; engineering; cost estimating; project controls and risk as well as investment analysis.

Ad hoc Specialist Advice
